Physiotherapy supports injury prevention and rehabilitation. We achieve this through dynamic profiling of each of our athlete’s. The profile allows us to identify imbalances and areas of potential weakness which can then be addressed. Working with the athlete to address these areas not only reduces the changes of injury, but the opportunity is taken to work on specific areas which will maximise their potential. When injury has occurred, physiotherapy is utilised to assist the athlete get back on track

Psychology helps you control your thoughts, allowing you to concentrate on the task at hand…. Being your best
Psychology focuses on techniques that our athletes can use in the competitive situation to maintain control and maximise their performance. Being aware of both their body and their mind assists the athlete in achieving their goals. Once learned, these techniques allow the athlete to relax and to focus their attention in a positive manner on the task of preparing for and participating in competition.
